Catholic ceremonies take place at this beautiful church located at only 10 minutes driving from Amalfi and  therefore ideal for those in search of a more intimate wedding location on the Amalfi Coast.The church is located on the main panoramic road that leads to Amalfi and Ravello and therefore even though  can walk to this church we highly recommend private transfers to get to the church. The Church Piazza Faces the sea and makes it an ideal venue for photos outside the church.}

All buildings are built on the hills and most of them face the sea. Positano is one of the most colorful towns of the Amalfi Coast and probably one of the most famous, one of the most romantic.  atholic ceremonies take place at the beautiful  and historical Positano Cathedral or  at the small church of Santa Caterina in Positano. There is also a public minibus which follow this route, however we suggest private transfers as you would not want your guests to be  late on your wedding day! Also note that if guests are staying in this area they may be able to walk to the church. A wedding car is highly recommended for the bride and groom as We Do Weddings photographer usually takes the bride and groom for a walking tour of Positano and the wedding car then picks up the bride and groom to reach the most beautiful and panormaic spots of Positano which are ideal for romantic photos.}

The church is located in Praiano, a beautiful town located at approximately 7 km from Positano. Praiano is much quieter than Positano and therefore it is ideal for those of you in search of an unique and authentic wedding destinations. Here at WDW we love Praiano! Praiano is divided in the lower part and the upper part. Houses, Villas, Hotels and restaurants are scattered in panoramic positions and enjoy panoramic views of the Sea and the Amalfi Coast.  Subject to where you are staying you are able able to enjoy panormaic views of Positano, the southern coast of the Sorrento Peninsula, of Li Galli Island and of Capri, and the coast that leads to Amalfi.}

^{The church We Do Weddings recommends  is centrally located and can be reached via the main narrow road. Few steps lead to the church and when you arrive you are greeted by a stunning Piazza with what we beleive to be one of the most amazing views of the Amalfi Coast.}      

^{The church is ideal for small and large weddings, however note that in summertime the sun shines on this church all day and therefore the Priest may only allow you to get married at around 11.00 am or in the afternoon at around 17.00 /18.00 hours, becuase it gets too hot. Also note that the sunlight is very strong around midday  and therefore photos on the terrace are not recommended at this time.}

^{This is the Duomo of Ravello. A stunning white church which dominates the main Piazza in Ravello. If you are staying in Ravello you will be able to walk to the church. If you are staying outside Ravello please  bear in mind that  Ravello is mostly pedestrian  therefore cars and minibuses stop outside Ravello. When the car and  minibuses drop you off you will have to walk under a tunnel for about 2 minutes. The tunnel is safe and has a  direct entrance to the Piazza. We Do Weddings recommends to stay in Ravello but some guests may prefer to stay somewhere else subject to what their budget is. Ravello is an exclusive wedding destinations and it offers a range of top luxurious hotels for holidays, honeymoons and wedding receptions. The views from some of the hotels are truly amazing and when a couple  gets married here WDW's photographer ensures that their pictures are taken at some of the most panormaic and romantic spots.}
