Bedrooms. Rooms and suites are elegantly furnished and equipped with all amenities and comforts: air conditioning, free satellite TV (SKY Channels) and internet, PC/modem connection, Free ADSL connection, double telephone line, radio and CD player.
All the bathrooms are in marble and mosaic, with whirlpool bathtubs. The Hotel has 18 rooms divided between romantic, deluxe, deluxe suites and the famous Bellavista suite.All rooms provide all types of comfort, garden view or city view.
The BellaVista Suite: The most unique, and absolutely the most elegant with two levels, 70mq with 2 large windows that offer a magnificent view of Florence. On the main floor is the bedroom, seating area, armoire and main bath. On the second floor one will find the studio and a guest bathroom. Precious marble and mosaic, authentically antiqued pieces with contemporary design and specially selected silks make for a unique and luxurious stay in Florence.
Swimming pool. A reinvigorating dive into the splendid panoramic pool, enjoying one of the most beautiful views in the world, is just one of the most fantastic emotions that Guests can experience during their stay at the Hotel. The Duomo, The Campanile of Giotto, The Santa Croce Church and the entire Florentine skyline will be the magnificent scenery of your relax. The pool, that boasts a wide Jacuzzi area is opened 7 days of the week from April until October, from 9.30 am till 6 30 pm and is surrounded by the lush age-old park of the Villa. The entire area next to the pool is equipped with sun beds in order to ensure a comfortable relax and the ideal location to taste and savor exquisite cocktails and nifty snacks offered by the delightful pool bar, a true gazebo made of wrought iron.
Private Park and Garden. The Hotel is completely secluded in greenery. An Italian Garden, carefully perfected in all details and with a beautiful fountain in the centre, welcomes the Guests upon the arrival. The large garden in the back of the Villa, giving onto the splendid panorama, slopes down to a natural park that is all part of the villa’s property. The pool is surrounded by a carpet of grass and a paved area with chaise lounges and tables for the small outdoor bar, which also serves meals. If you want to go for a walk, you can follow the path lined with bamboo that winds among the laurel, cypress, and olive trees, among the arbutus berry plants and irises. At various points along the way, pleasant areas have been cleared where you can sit down to relax or read on the garden seats – all in an idyllic countryside atmosphere. The garden is lit at night to a particularly scenic effect.
Gourmet Restaurant with one Michelin star. Exclusive gourmet restaurant that was reported in the most important Italian and international gastronomic guides, becoming thus an important reference point of the Florentine haute cuisine. Its elegant and luxurious ambiance, faultless service, the rich wine list mainly concentrated on the important Tuscan reds, the excellent cooking techniques of the Chef that proposes elaborated yet balanced solutions, are characterizing traits that make the restaurant different and special. Two large arched glass doors lead from the garden with pool and Jacuzzi to the restaurant. Beneath the barrel vault ceiling, comfortable seats and settees in elegant grey, ivory and cream satin with cherry red touches are placed around the small glass and crocodile tables. The bar area is highlighted by the very light honey-colored onyx bar on a transparent base lit from within, which juts out at the centre creating a perfect space for guests to meet and socialize. The transparent dimension is also emphasized by the Plexiglas shelves for the bottles. The restaurant is opened 7 days a week , both for lunch from 12.30 am till 2.30 pm and for dinner from 7.30 pm till 11 pm. Reservations are appreciated.

Free Shuttle Service to / from Florence centre (available for hotel guests on request). 7 days a week , a comfortable and efficient complimentary shuttle service for the town centre. The shuttle service is available from 9 am till 7 pm and connects the hotel to Ponte alle Grazie, located at only 5 minutes on foot from the famous Ponte Vecchio.
